Sunday Funday!

Acutally i lied in my title it wasn't really all the fun of a sunday :( BOOO
The weather hasn't changed here in Iowa it kinda stinks, I just wish it would warm up and stay nice so I can keep my sandles out :)
For all of you wondering No I didn't get to wear my dress i bought for the Wedding i was SUPER upset! it was just tooo cold out I ended up wearing a Dress with tights and a sweater which i'm glad because the reception hall was FREEEZING but we still had a good time! It rained pretty much all weekend i was bummed out for sure! But we still got in a little grilling action which made me a little bit happier :) I LOVE food off the grill

These are the Best things EVER they are Called Bratos I HATE brats but these are amazing! They are a port and tofu product they have a little kick to them i love them! they are so hard to find the only place we have been able to find them is at a local grocery store in town.

My parents were out of town this weekend and we had a very sick cat in the house he was at the vet since tuesday and i was very happy to finally go pick him up on saturday before we left for the wedding i felt sooo bad leaving him but ohhhh well i guess... Poor guy!

Hes feeling much better now that hes home :)

I spent my day doing really nothing I cleaned the house and my very messy room before my parents came home and picked up the yard and swept off the sidewalk nothing too fun. I also just laid on the couch and watched the NASCAR race, i'm not big into racing but Danny has a friend that races and i always like to watch how he does, make it a little bit more fun when you actually know someone racing.

In my previous post I wasn't really sure what i should do with my hair but in the end i made a decision and i'm LOVING IT!

I decided to do something inbetween.....

 I took these photos in the car on the way to the wedding and guess what my camera died... forgot to charge it so i didn't get any photos at the wedding :(

Dark with lots of Blonde highlights.... I was very pleased with the turn out... but i did decide that i will so lighter for summer :) What do you guys think? Did i make the right decision? HAHA

* I really don't like Sea food at all but I tried Grilled Shrimp and I'm in LOVE! I could eat it all the time

2. plastic surgery..yay or nay?

*Yay.... I am for it if you NEED it, i'm not really into the nose job, botox ect stuff but I think if you truely need it get it :)

3. 2 things you love about spring are.....?

* Warmer Weather and flowers blooming

4. when's the last time you went on a picnic?

* Forever ago, I'd really love to go on one once it finally warms up tho!

5. what's your favorite app?

* hahah i'm always on the facebook app but I really like this app by allrecipes it helps me come up with things when i can't think of what to make for dinner.

6. who does the grocery shopping in your house?

*Well I still live with my parents, so its usually me or my mom.

7. would you rather take a spin class or zumba?

* I think spinning class I would feel awkward doing zumba

8. how often do you go out to dinner?

* we used to go out atleast 3 times a week but since i've been trying to lose weight we hardly ever go out anymore.

Yucky day

Whenever I don't get a chance to blog for a couple days I actually get realllllly UPSET! GRRR
I got my hair colored yesterday, finally decided at the last moment and with a little help from my wonderful Styliest we had a wonderful idea! Check back later this weekend to see how it turned out.

Today is a very crappy day here in Iowa... its POURING out! I just keep looking out my office window and hating it, its also freezing out and I wore sandles today so needless to say while i was out getting my lunch my feet froze and I almost slipped way too many times : / 

What is everyones plans for the weekend? I have a wedding reception to go to, awhile ago i posted a dress I had found for the wedding so i'm pretty excited to wear it, i'm PRAYING that its not raining because I will freeze!  Other than that I am just going to relax I haven't been feeling oh so well lately I just think that i'm exhausted i have been busy busy busssyyy!!!

My boot camp class is going REALLY good, i didn't attend yesterday since i wasn't feeling good but I went on a long walk so that sorta made up for it ;) but so far I  have lost 6 lbs i'm super happy! I'm starting to feel so much better to i'm really changed my diet around and working out makes it soo much better i may always be sore the day after but it only gets better right?

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend I only have 2 hours until the weekend :) YIPPIE!!!

PROBLEM!!

Okay, so i'm getting my hair colored on Thursday and i have a terrible problem! I used to be blonde... hard to imagine huh? but now i'm back to my natural color with just a FEWWW carmel colored highlites....I LOVE my hair blonde but now that i don't work at the salon anymore its just way to much of an upkeepI do like my hair both ways.... but anyways whats does everyone think?

2 Totally different looks... ahhhh sooo hard! haha I think having lighter hair would be fun for summer!!

Well as you can all probably tell my favorite color is PINK, i mean really what girl's favorite color isn't pink? HAHA i actually used to HATE pink, but i've really grown into it. Can you tell hahah!

Something that i've been wanting for a lonnnnggg time is a puppy, i ask for one every holiday actually everday in general. I know that they can be alot of work but i just wish i had a snuggler at night for every hour hahah, gussy is an outdoor cat and sheds like crazy, we don't do much snuggling.

 I would LOVE either a Yorkie (Left) or a Corkie(Right) WHAAA



I am a Jr in college and i am majoring in Public Relations. I am finishing up my 2 year AS degree at a community college this summer and will be attending a 4 year university in the fall hoping to get into the Advance program Wish me luck!. I thought it was ok to goof off for a year and kind of fell behind in school so i've been playing catch up. I only go to school part time as a work a full time job.

Something really strange about me is that I really don't like Milk but if or when i do drink it i will only drink it if there is ICE in it HAHA Everyone makes fun of me. :) Do you do any weird things with your food?

I am a reality tv junkie, I love all those stupid shows, The real world, teen mom, blah blah you know I also am OBSESSED with the show Pretty Little Liars, i started watching it back at the chicago airport after new years when our flight got delayed and i was hooked after the first episoide.

Letss seeee... what else oooo ya i'm a terrible speller, its seriously terrible and i hate it, so if you happen to see things spelled wrong, ya just remember i'm terrible at it, i have gotten better but its not great! HHAHA

Don't worry i'm still alive

I was sooo excited to come home from work today and check out everyones blogs from the weekend, i am def addicted to blogging i was all mad because i didn't even get to blog ONCE this weekend so i'm going to make this one EXTRA LONG :)

Ooooo man oooo man what i wonderful weekend i had spending time with danny. We had an awesome time at the Zoo, it was the PERFECT day 83 degrees and breezy, I was uber excited to be able to wear capris a tank AND sandles all at once. It hasn't really been THAT nice here in iowa to be able to wear that yet!

We left right after work on friday and ooo boy... after working for 9 hours and then being in a car for another 4 its kinda rough, we were super bored on the way down and thankfully XM radio saved us we found a couple comedy channels and laughed our entire way to Nebraska :)

HAHA no he doesn't have a pink turtle airfreshner in his car, we took my car because it gets AWESOME gas mileage:)

We arrived at the hotel pretty late and went straight to bed, woke up and headed off to the zoo. Man the last time i was at the zoo i believe i was like 12 and its soooo much better when your a kid, not that it wasn't great but i just remember it being "like the coolest thing everrrr" HAHA didn't take a lot of pics but here is a few :)

 Sea otter, I was in love tooo cute i would have taken him home and snuggled up if i could have :)

 remember when I said I was super excited to see the Peguins? WHOOT WHOOT! they are AMAZING love them!

 We got really lazy when the day was coming to an end and decided to take the sky lift over the Zoo we went over these and many more animals but these dudes ARE HUGEEE

 The only picture we took all day, i'm Terrible at taking pictures haha!

 Sea Lions remind me of mexico, while we were there we had our picture taken with them and they are all furry, its kinda odd.

We decided after the Zoo to drive only half way back and spend just a relaxing night and go out for dinner and drink, so about half way is Des Moines we got a nice room and walked over to a bar and got some amazing Onion rings, taco pizza and some drinks. Headed back to the hotel room so Danny could finish watching the NASCAR race.... boring..... haha

during the race he thought it was a good idea to do flips onto the bed until he felt sick, he also wanted the best action shot ever... (i believe i took over 10 of these) this was the best one... HAHA

He is such a gooff :)
